Take a breather!

If you have no other plans how about running yourself a relaxing bath and take a breather.

Try adding 2 handfuls of Epsom Salts which are made from magnesium sulphate.  Epsom salts can soothe aches, pains and sore muscles, relieve stress, soften your skin, help with fluid retention and flush out toxins.

Another option to soak away tension is to add lavender essential oil to your bath.  Add 7-8 drops to 2 tablespoons of carrier oil such as grapeseed, sweet almond or olive or add the essence to some milk.

Just breathing in the gorgeously relaxing scent of lavender essential oil can calm you down if you are having a stressful time.  Lavender is one of the most common oils I use in my treatments and is great for pain and stress relief.

Light some candles, take in a book and leave the phone behind.  Happy soaking!
