We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you via this Website. At your first appointment you will be required to complete a consultation form detailing personal, contact and sensitive data. In addition, we will need to collect and process data relating to your health. Your explicit consent is required for this. If you do not wish to give your explicit consent, we will not be able to deliver the required services.

We would like to get in touch with you when we have information about new therapies, special offers and promotions that we think might be of interest to you. We will retain your personal data for as long as is required to fulfil the purposes it was collected. Client consultation forms will be kept in a hard copy format and securely retained for a minimum of 10 years following your last treatment. This is a legal requirement.

If you would like a copy of your personal data a fee will not be charged unless your request is considered to be repetitive, unfounded or excessive. In these circumstances we are entitled to charge a reasonable administrative fee. As a security measure we may need to request information from you to confirm your identity. We will try to respond to your request within one month.

Your data will be reviewed at every appointment to ensure that it remains current.
