Hi, I'm Sarah and I specialise in helping busy women who are juggling work, home and family take time out from their everyday stresses. As a Holistic Therapist I provide treatments to help:

What I am really passionate about is helping women focus on their health, well-being and self-care.

The holistic approach to health aims to balance the mind and body in order to bring about homeostasis (natural state of balance). This is achieved by stimulating the body's natural healing ability, which contributes to optimum health and well-being.
People use Holistic Therapy for a variety of reasons. Some use it alongside conventional medical care to help them manage or cope with a specific physical, mental or emotional problem. Others use it simply as a means to maintain good health and promote well-being.
